Coordination and monitoring of community resources We are seeking a professional to conduct social needs assessments and diagnoses for individuals and communities in Telde, aiming to identify the most appropriate resources and support for each case. Main duties include developing intervention plans and social support programs to address identified needs, as well as identifying and referring service users to available community resources and services, actively coordinating their access and ongoing monitoring. The ability to conduct research on social issues and challenges—contributing to the development of social improvement policies and programs—is highly valued. Community participation and awareness-raising on social matters will also be promoted. The position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract with an annual gross salary of 25\.518 €.
