**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Architect or Official University Master's Degree in Architecture in Cuenca. **Workplace** -------------------- * Cuenca **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Technical support tasks during construction execution using BIM formats * Data collection, construction measurements, and BIM-format drafting of as-built drawings * Experience in construction support and execution, as well as preparation of procurement files * Technical support to the site manager * Safety and health control, quality control, and measurements **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits specified in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture or an Official University Master's Degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Class B driving license * Intermediate proficiency in Presto * Basic proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator design software * Knowledge of modeling using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * In BIM ### **Previous Experience** * 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support for project drafting (employment contract required) * 1 to 3 years of experience in data collection, construction measurements, drafting of as-built drawings, and scanning in BIM format (employment contract required) * 1 to 3 years of experience supporting the site manager during construction execution (employment contract required) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 8 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
