Are you looking for a new professional challenge? At ALZA, we are seeking a Site Manager—we have openings in Cuenca. You will be responsible for managing and controlling the execution of the assigned site. Your mission will be to ensure that all company procedures are followed, respecting the schedule to complete the site within the established deadlines and budget, while always guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction. **What will be your main functions and responsibilities?** * Supervise on-site execution and work quality. * Ensure adherence to budget and site planning. * Perform monthly site closure for cost control. * Certifications, production, and forecasting of monthly certifications. * Manage procurement and invoice approvals. * Site visits with Technical Management and Property Owners. * Coordinate final settlement and price review upon site completion. * Report to the Group Manager and Delegate. * Comply with the Health & Safety Plan and Quality and Environmental Plans. REQUIREMENTS **What requirements are needed for this position?** * **Education:** Technical or Senior Architect, Civil Engineer (Roads, Ports and Canals). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as Site Manager or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in residential building projects. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presto, and AutoCAD.
