At present, and to cover an extended leave of absence of a colleague within the program, **we are recruiting an educator for the First Reception and Assessment Centers for minors located in Cuenca**. The mission of this position is to respond to the needs of minors hosted at the First Reception and Assessment Center by supporting their holistic development and providing personalized care alongside other members of the educational team. The ideal candidate holds formal training as a social educator. **Responsibilities** * Address the emotional and educational needs of the group of minors. * Maintain coexistence norms and support the acquisition of healthy habits. * Manage the center’s budget. * Assume responsibility for minors’ medical appointments and treatments. * Coordinate with all professionals from various disciplines involved with the children. * Collaborate with other educational staff in preparing follow-up reports. * Participate in leisure and free-time activities. **Offered** * Salary: €1,838.91 gross per month, paid in 14 installments (extra payments in June and December) * Inclusion in the organization’s employment pool upon completion of the contract period. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education * Minimum one year of experience working with children and youth. * Additional training related to child protection and/or family intervention will be valued. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Capacity for learning, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and interpersonal tact **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Not specified **Salary:** Between €24,001 and €30,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Master’s degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 18/02/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
