




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for computer care and maintenance, equipment installation and configuration, and network administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer technical support and computer maintenance. 2. On-site and remote incident resolution, ensuring business continuity. 3. Backup management and virtualization tasks. We are seeking a professional to provide technical support in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Your responsibilities will include customer computer care and maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of their equipment. This position also covers computer installation and configuration, as well as network administration. You will be responsible for resolving incidents both on-site and remotely, guaranteeing operational continuity. Additionally, you will manage backups and perform virtualization tasks. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with corresponding statutory breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * Mandatory proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management. * Valuable knowledge in: Firewall, Router, Switching and VMware. Valid driver’s license required. * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Network Systems Administration (ASIR): technical training focused on system, network, and corporate environment administration.\- Solid expertise in Windows Server and basic IT infrastructure management.
