Job Summary: Provide comprehensive support to the collections department, efficiently managing portfolio monitoring, analysis, and recovery, as well as addressing internal and external requests. Opportunity for growth in finance and accounting areas. **Job Mission:** Provide comprehensive support to the collections department, efficiently managing portfolio monitoring, analysis, and recovery, as well as addressing internal and external requests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments * Review and apply bank account entries * Respond to requests via email or telephone calls * Portfolio recovery * Portfolio analysis * Deliver superior customer service to internal and external clients * Data analysis * Payment orders * Update current accounts Perform other departmental duties within the scope of your competence, as well as other duties expressly assigned to you * **Skills:** * Ability to interpret and analyze numerical information. * Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Ability to work in teams and adapt to dynamic environments * Communication and active listening * Planning and time management Results-oriented * **Academic Qualifications:** Currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Engineering, Accounting, or Finance **Additional Training:** * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Power BI usage (preferred) Data handling and data analysis * Chubb Seguros Ecuador S.A. will process the personal data you provide through our platform to assess your suitability for the position to which you are applying.
