Would you like to become part of a success story and decisively contribute your work, ideas, and personality to the success of the service area? **What will you do in this position?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and distributing assembly-related work for our products, overseeing a team of technicians. This is a dynamic position with a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with clients and engineering departments. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assembly technician team under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers * Direction, analysis, monitoring of construction site progress and assembly results, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on achievement of billing milestones and collaboration in collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to customers or after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and site safety plans. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations.
