The selected candidate will assume labor management responsibilities alongside our team, ensuring compliance with current regulations and guaranteeing rigorous, high-quality labor process services. • Management and processing of registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the Social Security RED System. • Drafting employment contracts, handling labor incidents, and communicating with official bodies (SEPE, AEAT, TGSS). • Managing submissions via the SILTRA platform. • Managing sick leaves (ITs), work-related accidents, and birth certificates through RECEMA. • Other administrative and support tasks for the labor department. * Minimum 1 year of experience. • Prior experience in a similar role. * Higher Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grau Superior) * Catalan (spoken at an advanced level, written at an advanced level) * Competencies / Knowledge: We seek a methodical, organized individual with experience in labor management and related tasks, and who is eager to grow professionally. • Proficiency in the SAGE labor management software. • Knowledge of the BETA 10\ software will be considered an asset. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Responsibility and autonomy in carrying out duties. • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Personal vehicle required * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: • Permanent full-time contract with flexible working hours facilitating work-life balance. • Working hours from Monday to Friday, between 8:00\-9:00 AM and 5:00\-6:00 PM. • Joining a professional team with a positive work environment. • Job stability and professional development.
