Technical issue resolution and team coordination Installation Team Leader **Job Mission:** Lead on-site technical execution through active and direct involvement in installation, unloading, and adjustment tasks, ensuring Proasur's **quality standard** and coordination of deployed teams across national and international projects. **Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Direct Execution and Installation:** Actively carry out installation tasks for furniture, structures, technical carpentry, and museographic elements. You serve as the team’s technical reference. * **On-Site Logistics Management:** Lead and physically participate in container/truck unloading and organized material distribution within the workspace. * **Operational Leadership:** Coordinate deployed installation personnel, assign daily tasks, and ensure execution pace complies with the schedule. * **Technical Support and Drawings:** Interpret drawings and resolve on-site construction issues by performing manual or technical adjustments; act as the liaison between the installation team and the technical office in case of doubts. * **Quality and Safety Control:** Supervise and personally comply with safety regulations (PRL), use of PPE, and quality standards of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * **Technical Liaison:** Attend site meetings with clients to report actual progress, providing the technical perspective of the person executing the work. **Required Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years as an installation craftsman or specialist installer in international environments (retail, museums, trade fairs, or contract). * **Physical and Technical Capacity:** Willingness for intensive manual work (installation, loading/unloading) combined with leadership and organizational skills. * **Languages:** Basic English proficiency for communication with local staff and destination logistics. * **Autonomy:** Ability to resolve technical unforeseen events without constant escalation to headquarters. * **Mobility:** Availability for long-term international assignments (1 to 3 months). **Employment Details:** * **Contract Type:** Full-time. * **Work Mode:** On-site (at project location). * **Compensation Package:** Base salary of €30,000–€33,000 gross/year + International assignment allowance + Daily allowances and accommodation + Annual variable pay based on company objectives. **Commitment to Equality:** "This vacancy complies with non-discrimination principles based on gender, race or other grounds (Royal Decree-Law 6/2019), especially gender equality.
