Job Summary: Nurse to attend to users' general human and healthcare needs, administer medications, and collaborate in various caregiving tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and attend to users' human and healthcare needs 2. Prepare and administer medications according to medical prescriptions 3. Collaborate in users' healthcare and personal hygiene \* Monitor and attend to service users, their general human and healthcare needs—especially when they require such services. \* Prepare and administer medications according to medical prescriptions, specifically treatments. \* Measure blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. \* Collaborate with physicians by preparing required materials and medications. \* Organize clinical records and record data relevant to one's own responsibilities. \* Attend to bedridden patients due to illness, perform prescribed positional changes, oversee meal services for patients, and directly administer food to those patients requiring instrumental assistance (e.g., nasogastric tube, gastric tube, etc.). \* Monitor users' personal hygiene as well as medications and food kept in their rooms. \* Address the healthcare needs of center staff, within the scope of one's professional competence. \* Collaborate with physiotherapists in activities compatible with one's qualification level. \* Place pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders in centers lacking specialists. \* Monitor and ensure proper execution of physical treatments prescribed by physicians, observing any incidents occurring during implementation.
