**Objective**

We are a non-profit, non-partisan and non-denominational organization working to improve the living conditions of people in situations of vulnerability. We are currently seeking a Lawyer for the “Building the Future” Project in Cuenca.
Responsibilities:
* Legal advice on immigration matters and migrants’ rights.
* Accompaniment of migrants during administrative procedures.
* Representation, management and processing of immigration-related procedures, including those under appeal (online-presential).
* Periodic monitoring of the project’s various activities alongside the technical team.
* Development of educational materials, procedural guides and good practice documents for migrant beneficiaries, as well as for public and private entities’ staff operating in the region.
* Workshops and group sessions on rights and duties, as well as procedures relevant to the migrant population.
* Training and awareness-raising sessions for staff of public and private entities.
* Coordination and promotion of network-based collaboration with local public and private entities, enabling shared analysis and collective, multidisciplinary case handling.
* Data collection and registration.
* Project dissemination at municipal level.
* Monitoring and control of documentation related to project management.
* Preparation of interim and final reports.
Offer includes:
* Temporary contract until 31/12/2026
* Part-time position, 17 hours/week
**Profile:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law.
* Membership in the Bar Association will be valued.
* Prior experience in intervention and training delivery in immigration matters.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Teamwork skills.
* Organizational skills.
* Written communication skills.
* Proficient use of Word and Excel.
* Familiarity with ACCEM’s IT applications.
* Holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be valued.
