Accurately interpreting blueprints and strictly following technical instructions is essential, always prioritizing safety. The role is physically demanding and performed collaboratively, requiring adaptability to site conditions. A candidate with proven construction experience—especially in demolition—is required. Experience operating heavy machinery and knowledge of occupational risk prevention are valued. The work environment is dynamic and requires a proactive attitude and commitment to quality. The position offers stability commensurate with the project duration and is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Residency at the worksite is mandatory. A valid Class B driving license is essential. Prior experience in construction work—specifically demolition—is required. Knowledge of operating construction tools and machinery, as well as understanding of safety regulations, is highly desirable.
