The primary role will be to support the chef and other kitchen staff in a variety of tasks essential to ensuring flawless service. Responsibilities will include ingredient preparation—such as washing, cutting, and peeling vegetables and other foods—as well as assisting in the preparation of basic dishes according to guidelines provided by supervisors. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area—including dishware, utensils, and surfaces—is also essential. Another key responsibility involves supporting receiving and storage of supplies, paying close attention to quality and freshness. Additionally, assistance will be provided in inventory control and preparations for the following day, ensuring all materials are ready and accessible. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to take their first steps or consolidate their experience in the hospitality and culinary sector, offering a conducive environment for continuous learning and the development of practical skills in a fast-paced setting. The contract is temporary. Residence in Aldeamayor de San Martín or nearby areas is required. A valid Class B driving license is preferred.
