DESCRIPTION A major **IMPORTER OF BEVERAGES** requires an **IMPORT ADMINISTRATOR** in **Santiago de Compostela.** **OFFERED:** * Indefinite-term contract * Conditions according to the **National Collective Agreement for Advertising Companies.** * **Continuous working hours**: 12:00–20:00 Monday to Thursday; Friday 8:00–15:00. * Possibility of **partial remote work during the training period**, especially during the latter part of the workday. * Possibility of **100% remote work once full autonomy is achieved.** * Initial training and mentoring provided by the team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and review of documentation related to **import/export operations** * Issuance, review, and tracking of **INVOICES**. * **PREPARATION** and organization of **ACCOUNTING** documentation for subsequent **submission to the accounting advisory firm.** * Registration and control of **administrative documentation.** * Coordination with accounting advisory firms, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other external suppliers. * Order, operation, and associated documentation tracking. * File and database management. * General administrative support to the team and management. * Resolution of administrative incidents related to daily operations. REQUIREMENTS * Higher Vocational Training qualification in **Administration and Finance** or **International Trade**, or equivalent. * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in administrative roles. * Knowledge of **invoicing** and **accounting**. * Experience handling **import/export documentation**. * Proficiency in Microsoft **Excel**. * Intermediate level of **English**. * Residence in Santiago de Compostela or surrounding areas. * Availability to work **afternoon shifts.** Do you meet the requested requirements? **Apply now!**
