The **Line Operator** plays a crucial role in ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards. This position involves assembling electronic boards, programming firmware into microcontrollers, preparing computer platforms for devices in production, and assembling final devices or necessary components, including electronic, mechanical, computing, and pneumatic parts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily operations of the assigned production line, including execution of work orders. * Operate within a low-to-medium volume production environment. * Ensure the team meets production schedules and deadlines. * Train new team members. * Maintain accurate records of production data, including output volume, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes. * Participate in continuous improvement strategies to optimize production efficiency and safety. * Follow strict safety regulations and company standards. * Provide support to other manufacturing line personnel. In this context, the position of Social Integration Technician at the TORRELAGUNA RESIDENCE is open, associated with the HIGH SUPPORT NEEDS project (temporary). The mission of the position will be to support users in the social integration process, designing and implementing individualized intervention actions. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Help overcome barriers, obstacles, or difficulties that users with disabilities may encounter in their overall development, ensuring their continued progress and advancement. Identify needs and determine the individual support measures required by each user. Implement the appropriate support measures for each user. Mediation. Monitor all actions established to improve and strengthen the social integration and labor stability of users. Develop any necessary training programs to support users' adaptation and integration into social and working life. Development of socio-professional skills.
