Description

We are seeking a waiter/waitress for a restaurant in Rascafría, located in the heart of the Sierra de Madrid, offering traditional cuisine with friendly and professional service. Responsibilities include welcoming customers upon arrival, taking orders, advising on dishes and beverages, serving at tables, setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and handling payments. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is required, along with strong customer service skills, dynamism, teamwork ability, flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), and immediate availability. Living nearby or having personal transportation is considered an advantage. The position offers a salary according to the hospitality industry collective agreement, a full-time employment contract with potential continuity based on performance, and opportunities for professional development within a pleasant and collaborative work environment. Proven prior experience as a waiter/waitress in restaurants, bars, or hospitality venues is required.
