Job Summary: We are seeking a chef to prepare, cook, ensure quality control, and present dishes, as well as manage inventory and maintain hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Multifaceted role in the kitchen, including inventory management and food safety. 2. Proven experience in Caribbean and high-mountain cuisine is essential. 3. A basic culinary qualification and at least five years of experience are required. A general chef is needed to work in Cercedilla, Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for ingredient preparation, food cooking, quality control, and dish presentation. They will also manage inventory and maintain hygiene and food safety. Experience in Caribbean and high-mountain cuisine is essential, along with a basic culinary qualification and at least five years of experience. The offered gross salary is €1.634,87.
