We are seeking a **Technology Manager** to ensure the operationality, stability, and continuity of the corporate technology infrastructure, lead information security governance, and coordinate the internal technical team to maintain a connected, scalable, and protected application ecosystem within our environment. **What will you do?** \- Ensure the operationality, stability, and continuity of the corporate technology infrastructure (servers, networks, devices, POS systems, and payment methods) through technical supervision and incident prevention to guarantee uninterrupted service both in stores and at headquarters. \- Lead information security governance and technological risk management, defining cybersecurity policies and improvement protocols to protect systems, corporate data, and company operations against potential threats. \- Supervise the operation and evolution of integrations and custom developments across various corporate platforms (ERP, e-commerce, POS, etc.) to maintain a connected, scalable, and effective application ecosystem. \- Lead, coordinate, and develop the internal technical team for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and integrations, guiding people management toward excellence to maximize departmental performance. \- Manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners, negotiating and monitoring service-level agreements (SLAs) to optimize costs and ensure project quality and deadlines. \- Define and prioritize the IT roadmap and operational processes, ensuring alignment with senior management and the operational requirements of different departments. \- Design and execute disaster recovery plans (DRP) and contingency plans, as well as provide support to retail points of sale, to minimize operational and commercial impact in the retail environment. \- Act as the primary technical liaison between the IT department and senior management, translating complex business requirements into viable solutions to facilitate strategic decision-making. **What do we expect from you?** \- Degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. \- 8–10 years of experience in IT operations management. \- Prior experience managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, integration, and/or point-of-sale platform teams. \- Experience in retail or multi-site environments is highly valued, as it facilitates understanding of store operations. \- Operational mindset and proven ability to manage external vendors. \- A clearly solution-oriented profile, focused on service stability and continuous improvement. \- Excellent communication skills with senior management and technical teams. \- Native or advanced proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. **What do we offer?** \- Join a leading company in the sector, with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing strong growth and expansion. \- Become part of a young, dynamic, and innovative team in a stimulating work environment with responsible autonomy. \- Compensation commensurate with experience and value added. \- Immediate incorporation. \- Workplace: Olèrdola / Remote work. . *Do you want to join our team?*
