We are looking to hire an **Inventory Operations Manager** to manage physical inventory services across various retail establishments, ensuring the successful execution of each project and delivering the highest quality service to clients. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for coordinating each service from start to finish. You will work directly with inventory teams, organizing resources, supervising adherence to established procedures, and serving as the client’s point of contact throughout the entire operation. Your ability to anticipate incidents and maintain team momentum will be essential to ensuring the success of every service. Key responsibilities * Coordinate and lead work teams during inventory operations. * Organize staff deployment according to operational needs. * Supervise correct execution of established procedures. * Manage incidents and resolve unforeseen issues effectively. * Ensure achievement of productivity and quality targets. * Maintain close communication with the client throughout service delivery. * Prepare documentation and reports upon completion of each operation. * Promote a positive and collaborative work environment. What profile are we seeking? We would like to welcome a proactive individual with strong organizational ability and people management skills. We especially value: * Experience coordinating teams. * Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or inventory management. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining organization. * Proficiency with computer tools and mobile applications. * Willingness to travel frequently. * Flexible working hours. * Valid Class B driver’s license held for at least one year. * Knowledge of foreign languages—especially Portuguese, French, Italian, or English—will be an advantage. Prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory. What matters most is your attitude, capacity for learning, and leadership skills.
