Modern and continuously evolving tech stack DESCRIPTION BEIGAR is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a leading global technology company specializing in cyberdefense projects and mission-critical, high-impact technological environments. We seek a senior profile capable of leading the evolution of DevOps processes, automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native infrastructure, actively contributing to technical design and continuous platform improvement. The selected candidate will work within a technology unit focused on automation, stability, security, and scalability, using a modern stack based on Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, Helm, and Harbor. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker. * At least 5 years of experience with Helm. * Proven experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools. * Experience designing container architectures and cloud-native infrastructures. * Solid knowledge of high availability, scalability, and automation. * Advanced spoken and written English (B2–C1 level). * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * Analytical, solution-oriented, and technically leadership-focused profile. * Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Keycloak and identity management. * Knowledge of API management using Apisix. * Experience with observability and monitoring: ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus. * Knowledge of OpenStack and Harbor. * Experience in scripting and programming. * Knowledge of SQL and database modeling. * Experience in security applied to pipelines and DevSecOps environments. * Participation in adopting new tools or defining technical standards. **About the Ideal Candidate** We seek Senior DevOps profiles with proven experience leading modern platforms and infrastructures, capable of defining technical standards and evolving the team’s engineering culture.
