Logicalis Spain is seeking to hire a CPD Operator for one of our key clients in the healthcare sector. Tasks and responsibilities: * Answering user telephone calls. * Providing remote support to end users for microcomputing and office applications. * Diagnosing and identifying incidents, assigning them internally to higher-level teams or escalating them to vendors. * Executing corrective actions and verifying the implemented solution based on established procedures. * Performing tasks, consulting similar cases, reviewing cases with third parties, etc. * Receiving and handling requests from other groups, creating service requests. * Analyzing requests from other technical groups. * Breaking down tasks and defining priorities. * Tracking tasks assigned to the group or created by oneself: status, updates, notifications, etc. * Executing tasks assigned to oneself or to the group pool. * Custody and supervision of physical facilities (CPD, technical rooms). * Supervising and controlling access to technical rooms. * Monitoring systems and escalating alarms. Requirements: * Willingness to work rotating 24x7 shifts (every 4 weeks). * Customer/user service-oriented profile. * Motivated and accustomed to working in teams. * Experience in telephone support and shift-based work. * Prior experience in Helpdesk/SAU and system monitoring is desirable. * SAP usage knowledge is desirable. * Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange. * Backup management knowledge is desirable. * Conversational-level Catalan language proficiency is mandatory.
