We’re looking for you! **Key responsibilities** We seek individuals passionate about technology and eager to build their careers in cybersecurity. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will immerse yourself in the Blue Team domain, specializing in DevSecOps, working alongside industry professionals to actively protect infrastructures, monitor security events, and respond to incidents for top-tier clients. You will join cross-functional technical teams, supporting clients in day-to-day cybersecurity operations and in deploying and using detection and protection tools—with a practical understanding of security’s business impact. We seek **proactivity, technical curiosity, passion for cybersecurity, and the ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver efficient solutions.** Below are the key responsibilities: * Support securing containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), collaborating on configuration reviews and identifying potential risks. * Implement security controls in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), participating in configuration reviews and best practices assessments. * Participate in security event monitoring and analysis, collaborating with senior profiles to identify anomalous behaviors and potential incidents. * Support security incident management (IR), assisting in initial analysis, evidence collection, and containment measures under team supervision. * Participate in configuring and maintaining security systems and tools in Linux and Windows environments, contributing to hardening, monitoring, and proper operation. * Contribute to automating operational tasks via scripting or basic automation tools, improving team efficiency. * Document activities, findings, and incidents, ensuring information quality and traceability across service delivery. * Join DevOps and Security teams, participating in daily operations and follow-up meetings within a continuous learning and professional development environment inside the Blue Team. **What do you need to succeed?** We seek talent eager to learn, contribute, and grow on real-world projects from day one. * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields providing a solid technical foundation for professional development in cybersecurity. * A Master’s in Cybersecurity or certifications in Azure and GCP are highly valued! * At least 1 year of professional experience as a systems administrator in Cloud environments. * Experience implementing security controls in Cloud infrastructure is highly valued! (CIS, NIST 800\-53, PCI DSS) * Eagerness to join a growing company, with a team-oriented mindset and motivation to actively contribute to taking A2SECURE to the next level. * Availability to support our clients onsite when required by the project, as well as occasional travel. * Minimum English proficiency level B2, essential for working with clients and international environments. * Most importantly: a proactive attitude, passion for cybersecurity, and a strong sense of ownership.
