Diaconia is currently seeking a **Temporary Monitor** to join our intervention projects in the area of International Protection, with the aim of providing temporary coverage according to service needs.

**Job Objective:**
Support the proper management of the center, ensuring rest and well-being for service users and proper care of equipment.
**Area: International Protection**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Foster a positive, respectful, and cohesive group atmosphere within the facility.
* Assist with room setup, welcoming new beneficiaries, and other related logistical tasks.
* Enforce internal regulations regarding schedules, cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the center.
* Support the organization of shared spaces to ensure appropriate use and preservation.
* Support social and labor integration.
* Be available and accessible during night shifts to provide active listening and primary emotional support.
* Apply basic Psychological First Aid (PFA) guidelines and refer cases to designated professionals if specific needs are identified.
* Conduct periodic rounds to ensure facilities are in good condition and regulations are followed.?
* Ensure rest for service users.
* Assist with dinners and breakfasts (preparation, organization, and cleaning).
* Respond to conflicts or emergencies following established protocols.
* Monitor individuals with special needs.
* Maintain fluent communication with the team through established channels.
* Organize appropriate nighttime leisure activities (games, movies, reading, etc.).
* Maintain fluent communication and constant cooperation with the Central Office team—especially with technical departments involved in the program—to ensure methodological consistency and correct implementation of procedures.
* Participate in internal and external events organized by the entity, as well as workshops, activities, and ceremonies that contribute to raising awareness of our work or strengthening professional profiles.
* Be part of the emergency response system, including availability for on-call telephone duties, crisis interventions, or urgent emotional support, coordinated with the team.
**Profile:**
* Qualification as a Leisure and Free Time Monitor or Medium or Higher Vocational Training related to the social field.
* Desirable: Training in International Protection.
* Desirable: Training in mediation and conflict resolution.
