**About the Position** We are currently looking for **Teacher Assistants** with experience for our *bootcamps* in AI Engineering for one of our clients. We are seeking individuals passionate about Artificial Intelligence and sharing their expertise with future professionals. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the Lead Teacher in leading, inspiring, and educating participants in Artificial Intelligence, helping them acquire the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this rapidly evolving field. **Schedule and Bootcamp Details** * **Dates:** Multiple start dates throughout the year. * **Format:** Part-time *bootcamp* with classes scheduled **three weekdays** from 18:00 to 21:00\. * **Contract Type:** *Freelance* (option to hire through **Job\&Talent** is available). * **Duration:** **7 weeks**. * **Content:** Focused on "AI for Leadership" and "Applying AI" (*Applying IA*). * **Language:** Spanish; fluency required. **Responsibilities, you will be responsible for:** * Helping course students achieve their goals. * Supervising and mentoring their work daily. * Assisting the Lead Teacher with planned materials and exercises. * Conducting a weekly *briefing* and transferring knowledge from the Lead Teacher to the team. * Collaborating in overseeing the entire academic experience of the *bootcamp*. * Providing weekly feedback about the course to the team. * Organizing icebreaker activities (*icebreaker activities*). **Requirements** * **Experience** in AI Engineering, *Machine Learning*, *Deep Learning*, NLP (*Natural Language Processing*), LLM, Generative AI... * **Fluency in Spanish**, as classes will be taught in this language; all internal company communication will be in English. * You are passionate about AI. * You enjoy sharing knowledge. * You consider yourself a constant learner. * You want to make an impact on people. * You possess a great deal of empathy, compassion, and patience. * A proactive attitude (*can\-do attitude*) and a good sense of humor. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to capture people's attention. * You are organized, reliable, communicative, and open to *feedback*. * You enjoy mentoring others and are involved in the tech community.
