Junior Architect / Junior Production Manager (Construction)

We continue growing and are looking to hire a **Junior Architect / Junior Production Manager** to participate in large-scale industrial, logistics, and technological projects—such as data centers, logistics platforms, and unique industrial buildings. We seek a technically skilled individual with strong organizational abilities and motivation to develop within highly demanding and constructionally complex environments. **What will be your mission?** Support the site team in planning, monitoring, and coordinating production, actively participating in the execution of technically complex industrial and logistics projects. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Support in monitoring and controlling construction execution. * Daily coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and work teams. * Fieldwork supervision alongside the site team. * Monitoring of scheduling, progress, and production requirements. * Support in cost control, measurements, and certifications. * Coordination with various technical departments involved in the project. * Review of drawings and technical documentation. * Monitoring compliance with quality and safety standards on site. * Participation in coordination and project follow-up meetings. * Continuous learning on highly complex industrial and technological projects. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field. * Junior profile or initial site experience. * Interest in the industrial and logistics construction sector. * Proactive, organized person eager to learn. * Team-oriented and adaptable to dynamic environments. * English proficiency is a plus. **What do we offer?** * Involvement in nationally recognized projects. * Development and learning alongside specialized teams. * Real opportunities for internal growth. * Positive working environment and technical mentoring. * Joining a company in full expansion.
