Job Summary: Operational management of the full payroll and employment relations cycle in the hospitality sector, including employee support and regulatory compliance assistance. Provide ongoing support for regulatory compliance Focuses on operational management of the payroll and employment relations area within the hospitality sector. Includes the full payroll cycle: calculation, review, and monthly closing, as well as submission of official forms (111 and 190\) and Social Security declarations. Handles approximately seven hundred payrolls and seven collective bargaining agreements, requiring high precision. Key duties include processing Social Security registrations, cancellations, and modifications; drafting and amending employment contracts; and managing incidents such as working-hour or job-category changes. Also monitors deadlines and documentation, and serves as the liaison with Public Administrations. Additionally, provides direct employee support by addressing payroll- and labor-rights-related inquiries, and delivers ongoing support to the department head to ensure regulatory compliance and process quality. Education in Labor Relations or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing full payroll cycles is required. Prior experience in a labor consultancy or advisory firm, as well as in high-volume payroll environments with multiple collective bargaining agreements, is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite is required. Experience with SAP is considered a plus.
