We are currently recruiting an R&D Engineer to join a technology company located in Loeches (Madrid), specializing in the development of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technologies. We seek a versatile technical professional with a strong interest in innovation, applied research, and the development of new technologies. Location: Loeches (Madrid). Key responsibilities: Participate in R&D projects for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technologies. Conduct tests and trials in laboratories and industrial facilities to validate technology performance. Manage technical tasks and ensure their proper execution within established deadlines. Document results and prepare technical reports. Analyze emerging technologies, technical publications, and competitors’ solutions. Propose improvements and participate in developing new products and functionalities. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, industrial partners, and research centers. Provide technical support to the commercial department and participate in technical presentations. Collaborate in preparing proposals for publicly funded R&D projects (CDTI, Horizon Europe, Eurostars, among others). ### **Requirements** Requirements: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in R&D roles (recent graduates with high potential or candidates with more extensive experience will also be considered). Good level of English, especially written. Highly desirable experience in: Signal processing. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Applied research. Artificial Intelligence applied to industrial environments. Valuable experience in projects funded by public agencies (CDTI, Horizon Europe, Eurostars, etc.). Interest in hands-on laboratory work and operating technological equipment. Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented individual with a passion for innovation. Willingness to undertake occasional travel related to projects, clients, or technical events. ### **Offer** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30. Flexible schedule. Occasional remote work possible. Terms: Immediate incorporation. Initial 3-month contract through an ETT, followed by permanent employment. Salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. Technical training provided by the company.
