Project Manager – Metal Structures and Industrialized Construction

### **Responsibilities** * Manage metal structure and prefabricated solution projects from an integrated perspective. * Prepare and review project budgets, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. * Analyze technical requirements and develop customized solutions aligned with each client's needs. * Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD. * Coordinate technical documentation among clients, suppliers, technical office, and internal teams. * Plan the various project phases and monitor timelines, costs, and deliverables. * Maintain direct communication with clients, suppliers, and external collaborators. * Cross-functionally coordinate technical office, procurement, manufacturing, and assembly teams. * Provide technical support during pre-sales and commercial development phases. * Manage auxiliary resources required for work execution. * Monitor on-site execution and coordinate assembly teams at construction sites. * Simultaneously manage multiple projects at different development stages, ensuring proper execution. ### **Requirements** * Technical education in Engineering, Technical Architecture, Advanced Drafting, Industrial Construction, Metal Structures, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in metallic project management. * Demonstrable experience in metal structures, steel, prefabricated metal components, industrialized construction, or related industrial environments. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Good working knowledge of Excel. * Ability to interpret drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. * Experience in direct client and supplier management. * Ability to work in multi-project environments. * Professional-level English, both spoken and written. * Valid driver's license. * Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. * Availability for on-site work. * Willingness to conduct occasional site visits across Spain and, occasionally, other European countries. * Prior experience with Tekla is desirable. * Prior experience in assembly coordination is desirable. * Prior experience in international projects is desirable. * Prior experience in metal fabrication and steel-based industrialized construction is desirable. * Professional-level French is desirable. * Organized, solution-oriented profile with a technical-commercial focus.
