Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class technician for renovations and tiling, with responsibility for personnel supervision and compliance with construction safety regulations. Key Points: 1. Real possibility of an indefinite-term contract We are looking for qualified professionals to work as first-class technicians in the construction sector. Main responsibilities include executing renovations and tiling, preparing materials, and supervising assistants and construction laborers. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment on site is essential. At least two years of prior experience in a similar position is required, along with specific training in occupational risk prevention (minimum 20 hours for construction), a valid driver's license, and personal vehicle for commuting. Immediate availability for employment is an important requirement. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00\. Remuneration will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement, at a gross hourly rate of €13.26. There is a real possibility that the contract may be converted into an indefinite-term contract with the company.
