We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technology team at Mercer. This position is based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana) and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week working onsite.
The selected candidate will play a key role in configuring clients and benefits within our flexible compensation platform, as well as managing and resolving service-related incidents.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Configuring clients, products, and benefits in the flexible compensation platform.
* Managing incidents reported by internal and external clients, tracking them to resolution.
* Providing functional and technical support in coordination with other teams.
* Ensuring data quality and traceability of information entered into the system.
* Collaborating with the team to respond agilely and efficiently to business needs.
**What you need to have:**
* A methodical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
* Prior experience in technology environments, with knowledge of .NET, Java, jQuery, SQL Server and/or Oracle databases, and support tools such as Jira.
* Strong planning and organizational skills to manage business demands.
* Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external clients.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
