Job Summary: We are seeking a Hydraulic Drilling Rig Operator / Machine Operator to carry out pile installation, monitor drilling parameters, and coordinate with site teams and clients. Stable contract with professional development opportunities in a growing company Position: Hydraulic Drilling Rig Operator / Machine Operator (In-situ Piles) Location: Based in Madrid, with availability to work on construction sites across Spain. Main Responsibilities: · Operation of hydraulic drilling machinery on crawlers (30–45 TM), including models such as MAIT HR 130, IMT AF/140, P90 or equivalent. * Execution of piles using the following methods: o Rotation (CPI\-4 and CPI\-7\) o Continuous flight auger (CFA – CPI\-8\) * Monitoring of drilling parameters and ensuring execution quality. * Compliance with safety regulations, technical procedures, and site standards. * Coordination with the site team and direct client interaction on-site. Requirements: · Proven experience as a piling rig operator (minimum 3–5 years recommended). * Practical knowledge of CPI drilling systems (CPI4, CPI7, CPI8 / CFA). * Operation of large-scale crawler-mounted machinery. * Particularly valued: o Knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics for preventive maintenance and resolution of minor incidents. * Experience working under varying ground conditions and on special foundation projects.
