When you join us, you become part of our story and help shape our future. **Join us as** **Special Projects Consultant Engineer \- Elevators and Escalators** ==================================================================================== #### **Your mission will be:** You will be responsible for carrying out technical specification activities for elevator and escalator solutions in special projects, collaborating with key market stakeholders to position Schindler solutions from the design phase through to project award. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Build trusted relationships with architects, engineering firms, consultants, developers, and other key specifiers. * Promote the inclusion of Schindler technical specifications and solutions in new construction projects and large-scale developments. * Participate in the technical definition of special projects, providing expert advice on the most suitable solutions for each need. * Jointly analyze, with the commercial network and Operations, the technical and commercial viability of projects. * Provide technical-commercial support to Regional Management and sales teams throughout all stages of the commercial process. * Collaborate with New Installations and Key Accounts teams to identify business opportunities. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solutions, regulations, and market trends. * Occasionally collaborate with international teams and other organizational areas when required by the nature of the project. #### **What do you need to succeed?** * Technical Engineering or Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or similar). * Experience in technical-commercial roles related to elevators, escalators, engineering, construction, or project management. * Project Manager experience or experience with control bodies (OCA) linked to the sector is also valued. * Strong ability to interpret technical solutions and manage complex projects. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. * Customer orientation and focus on developing long-term relationships. * Sufficient English proficiency to collaborate on international projects and support professional development. * Knowledge of the New Installations and Key Accounts markets. * Experience working with architects, engineering firms, and specifiers. * Familiarity with vertical transportation systems and applicable regulations. #### **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to improve people’s quality of life.
