This area prepares annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports related to Endesa’s consolidated financial statements and consolidated sustainability reporting, in accordance with applicable accounting standards, sustainability disclosure standards, and regulatory frameworks. It also prepares consolidated financial statements required by regulatory, tax, or other authorities. The area manages the country-level consolidation process, coordinating periodic closings across all entities within the consolidation perimeter and acting as the liaison between subsidiaries and the Holding company, as well as managing the sustainability information collection and validation process. The area supports internal and external control bodies in carrying out their responsibilities, combining technical and conceptual rigor, global perspective, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic environment. **Training Objectives** During the internship, students will: **Organizational Management:** Collaborate in a cross-functional environment linked to financial and sustainability reporting processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of coordination among companies, subsidiaries, and the Holding company. **Data Analytics:** Work with real data associated with financial and sustainability reporting, applying data analysis and processing techniques within corporate processes. **Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies:** Participate in an innovative digitalization and Artificial Intelligence project, identifying tasks suitable for automation and collaborating in the development of solutions based on digital tools and AI. **Key Competencies:** Develop competencies in data analysis, process digitalization, cross-functional teamwork, technical rigor, and responsible use of AI in corporate environments. **Process Innovation:** Contribute to the digital transformation of financial and sustainability reporting processes, participating in initiatives with direct impact on decision-making. **Mentoring and Follow-up** Specialized tutoring with continuous support.
