Serving major power grids, industrial clients, and large-scale renewable energy sectors (solar, wind, hydro) in over 60 countries, our mission is to make power transmission safer, more controllable, and more efficient. **What You’ll Do in This Role** As a Field Electrical Services Engineer, you will serve as Sieyuan’s visible presence on-site, delivering high-end integrated solutions, components, and technical services to our commercial and industrial electrical clients. You will play a pivotal role in building sustainable and reliable power grids, helping shape a greener world for future generations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Installation and Commissioning:** Execute on-site installation, secondary wiring verification, commissioning, and energization of substation/power equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure all milestones are achieved safely and on schedule. * **Technical Support and Troubleshooting:** Act as the primary Level 1 technical contact at project sites. Respond promptly to customer requests, diagnose electrical/mechanical faults, conduct root cause analysis, and implement robust solutions to ensure stable equipment operation. * **Training and Customer Satisfaction:** Provide professional and practical guidance to local customers on daily equipment operation, safety, and routine maintenance. Deliver an exceptional user experience to maximize long-term customer satisfaction. * **Site Management and Collaboration:** Strictly comply with local and European on-site safety regulations (PRL / HSE). Carefully manage project tools and test instruments, and closely collaborate with inter-regional project coordinators for business travel outside your home base. **Candidate Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree, Higher Vocational Training (FP), or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field. (Experience in substation commissioning projects or research is highly desirable.) * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in electrical engineering. Direct experience in substation maintenance, commissioning of high/medium-voltage industrial equipment, power grid coordination, or field team management is strongly preferred. * **Languages:** Fluent/conversational English is required for effective communication with our international engineering and project teams. (Native-level Spanish fluency is assumed for local client coordination.) * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional sense of responsibility, strong safety awareness, outstanding customer-facing communication skills, and excellent ability to work independently under pressure. * **Flexibility:** Full availability for frequent local and national travel to various project sites. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base Salary:** €40\.000 \~ €50\.000 Gross Annual (to be determined based on experience). * **Travel Expenses:** Company-reimbursed transportation (flights, trains, etc.) and hotel accommodation in accordance with corporate travel policy. * **Daily Per Diems:** A per-meal allowance of €20 (applicable to both lunch and dinner, VAT excluded) will be provided during active field assignments.
