Development and Innovation of Social Catering Projects * Lead current and future initiatives linked to catering: solidarity fridge, social catering services, and hospitality school (see below). * Design new catering services with a focus on social impact, circular economy, and sustainability. * Establish quality and innovation standards across all processes. Hospitality School Management * Jointly select—with organizational leadership—the entity or individuals responsible for managing the hospitality school. * Coordinate relations with the entity managing the Hospitality School. * Supervise its activities to ensure optimal functioning of the dining and kitchen spaces. * Support the socio-labor integration of students, in collaboration with Luz Casanova’s employment team and the school’s managing entity. Events Management: * Jointly select—with the General Management—an events agency best aligned with LC’s values, principles, and operational approach. * Coordinate relations with the selected events agency. * Coordinate potential in-house events using our kitchen and services. * Supervise its activities to ensure optimal functioning of the dining and kitchen spaces. Partnerships and External Relations * Manage relationships with events agencies, the hospitality school, and others. * Build alliances with companies sponsoring the project or utilizing our facilities, as well as with hospitality sector networks and public administrations. * Identify collaboration opportunities that strengthen social catering and events initiatives.
