We are seeking a Trainee in Segmentation and Business Intelligence to join our commercial team. You will be responsible for analyzing and managing various databases, supporting management in developing key reports and implementing CRM and business intelligence technological solutions. ***RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS*** * Analyze and manage databases to prepare company KPI reports. * Collaborate in maintaining and enhancing BI and CRM technological solutions. * Communicate directly with commercial and IT teams to validate solutions and train teams. * Hold periodic meetings with key users to ensure tools function correctly. ***REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS*** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Analytical profile with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL. * Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Qlik Sense. * Familiarity with SAS Guide and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce. * Ability to interpret data, identify errors and inconsistencies, and work with relational databases. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. * Proficiency with management tools such as Planner and Teams. **Job Posting End Date:** 2026\-08\-30**Target Hire Date****:** 2026\-09\-10**Target End Date**: 2027\-09\-10
