Design Verification Engineer in Engineering
DESIGN VERIFICATION ENGINEER
Sedecal, through its Quality Assurance Department in Electromedical Equipment Engineering, is seeking a Design Verification Engineer:
Responsibilities \-
Participate in project meetings and engage in all design phases to gain comprehensive knowledge of the equipment.
Develop a verification plan prior to prototype production.
Perform verification of new products and modifications arising from design change notices.
Complete the verification report with supporting evidence.
Verify risk management–derived control measures.
Manage, verify, and communicate design nonconformities.
Ensure correction of nonconformities identified during verification.
Draft and edit technical, test, and nonconformity reports in English.
Collaborate on product verification campaign reporting and control.
Collaborate on inspections and reviews of engineering reports.
Participate in product risk analysis and related documentation.
Requirements
University degree in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering / Telecommunications or equivalent, or comparable experience.
Radioactive Installation Operator License.
IEC 60601 standards and CE marking requirements.
Measurement instrumentation (oscilloscope, multimeter, ...).
Test automation software (LabVIEW, Python, C\+\+...).
Requirements traceability tools (DOORS, Azure, Jira...).
ERP systems (Oracle, EPDM,...).
Communication protocols (CAN, RS232, LIN, GPIB...).
**Prior experience:** 2 years performing similar functions.
