At Procesia, we seek **Operational Model Consultants** to participate in strategic projects where technology, processes, and people must move in the same direction. If you enjoy analyzing how organizations function, defining operational models, structuring processes, and participating in large-scale transformation initiatives, this challenge may be for you. **What We Look for in You:** * University degree, preferably in technology-related fields, telecommunications, engineering, or ICT project management, officially recognized in Spain. * Experience in business consulting, organizational transformation, or information systems design. * Experience in defining operational models (Target Operating Model), processes, governance, and business rules. * Participation in complex implementation or transformation projects involving large-scale information systems in the public sector. * Ability to define comprehensive solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices.
