




Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Consultant for the Data Governance Office in Madrid, focused on request management and continuous process improvement in the healthcare sector. Continuous professional development and labor flexibility. Currently, we are looking for a FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT – DATA GOVERNANCE OFFICE profile for our Madrid project team. Requirements: * Education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior), Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field in Healthcare. * Experience: At least 2 years of experience in any healthcare area; experience in data handling is preferred. * Motivation and interest in the healthcare sector. * Strong teamwork skills. * Methodical mindset and analytical capability. * Ability to communicate effectively at different levels (technical staff, physicians, nurses, and/or management). * Proficiency in Office365\. * Knowledge and experience with JIRA, the tool used by the regional government department for request management. * SQL or PL/SQL knowledge and experience will be considered a plus. Desirable: * Practical and analytical approach to solving issues affecting request management or operational problems. * Prior experience with any HIS (Hospital Information System): HPHIS, HCIS, Casiopea, Selene, AP\-Madrid, or other healthcare information systems (pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, etc.) will be considered a plus. * Familiarity with reporting tools is desirable. * Knowledge of Python and/or Scala is desirable. * Motivation to improve healthcare quality and patient well-being. Ethical handling of sensitive and confidential patient-related information. Focus on achieving efficient outcomes and continuous process improvement. * Knowledge of standardization archetypes for catalogs and master data. Responsibilities: * As the Technical Office of the Data Governance Unit within the Digitalization Department, one of the main objectives is proper management—including traceability and status reporting—of all data-related requests submitted to the department. * Participation in relevant meetings where department representatives define priorities. * Participation in project follow-up meetings, including minutes preparation, implementation, and evaluation of technology projects in the healthcare domain. * Identification of process improvement opportunities within the Technical Office through the use of technologies and best practices. * Exploitation of JIRA data.
