To achieve this, we are seeking a **QA** professional to safeguard the quality of our products from within. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform thorough testing of machines to identify errors and issues * Verify that products meet established requirements and specifications * Identify and report errors and issues discovered during testing * Collaborate with the development team to resolve problems and implement improvements * Ensure products comply with applicable safety standards and regulations * Maintain detailed records of tests and results * Identify opportunities to improve the QA process and product quality **Requirements:** . Experience defining test scenarios involving hardware and software components . Experience providing customer support and resolving customer issues . Over one year of experience in manual and/or functional testing . Execution of manual tests (performance, stress, regression, etc.) . Creation and updating of test plans . Updating and reporting of test results . Maintenance of test scenarios . Familiarity with at least one incident reporting and tracking tool .
