We are currently recruiting an Electromechanical Workshop Manager to join an industrial-sector company offering a stable project and growth potential. Key responsibilities: Coordination and supervision of the workshop team (5 to 7 people). Organization and planning of daily tasks. Industrial electrical installations. Installation of cable trays and laying of electrical lines. Connection of equipment and installations. Assembly of electrical panels and control cabinets. Conducting tests and commissioning of installations. Monitoring work progress to ensure quality and timely delivery. ### **Requirements** Higher Vocational Training Diploma (Grado Superior de FP) or equivalent in Electricity, Electromechanics, or Automation. Experience in industrial electrical installations. Experience in distribution and/or control electrical panels is desirable. Experience managing work teams. Organized, solution-oriented person with leadership ability and results-driven mindset. ### **Offered Benefits** Working hours: Monday to Friday; winter schedule: 08:00–16:00; summer schedule: 08:00–15:00\. Conditions: Immediate start. Initial 3-month contract via ETT. Subsequent permanent direct employment with the company.
