We are looking for a professional with over 10 years of experience in building construction works, capable of coordinating teams, organizing on-site activities, and ensuring timely and quality-compliant project execution according to established standards. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise daily on-site work. * Organize in-house teams and subcontractors. * Monitor work progress and adherence to the schedule. * Interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Supervise proper execution of work units. * Coordinate materials, auxiliary equipment, and required resources. * Identify issues during execution and propose solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety and prevention measures.
