Job Summary: We are seeking an IT support professional to join the Systems Department of a manufacturing plant, providing user assistance and managing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. First- and second-level user support, incident management, and account administration. 2. Monitoring of Aruba and Fortinet networks, and basic VLAN management. 3. Monitoring of local servers, backups, and technical rooms. We are building a gypsum board manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; **Gypzero**, an innovative and sustainable project driving the industry toward the NetZero model. You will join the Systems Department. **What will your responsibilities be?** Help Desk and user support (70\-80%) * First- and second-level user support. * Incident management via ticketing tool. * Installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. * User account management (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID). * Support for corporate applications and production systems. * Basic user training. Networks and communications (10\-20%) * Monitoring of Aruba switches. * Basic VLAN and port management. * Support for Aruba Wi-Fi access points. * Monitoring of Fortinet firewalls. * Escalation of complex incidents to corporate teams or vendors. * Network equipment inventory management. Infrastructure (10\-20%) * Monitoring of local servers. * Backup management. * Technical room and cabling control. * Coordination with integrators and vendors during plant commissioning. Minimum Education: Technical or university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Systems Administration in Networks (ASIR), or related disciplines. Required Experience: 1\-5 years of experience in IT Support, basic network administration, industrial or logistics environments (highly valued). Solid Technical Knowledge: * Windows 10/11\. * Microsoft 365\. * Active Directory. * Basic TCP/IP networking. * DHCP, DNS. * Printer management. * Ticketing tools.
