As a **Sales Technical Support Specialist** , you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s success. Your experience in technical sales will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall company performance. You will report directly to the Sales Director and work from our location in **Errenteria** , with a hybrid work schedule and You will work closely with the sales team to support the technical aspects of the sales process. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and demonstrating the value of our products and services. You will also stay updated with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product capabilities and benefits. * Provide pre\-sales technical support and answer technical queries from customers.
