Production Planning: * Schedule Development: Create and manage the work schedule, ensuring that all construction phases are completed within established deadlines. * Resource Allocation: Plan and manage the human resources, materials, and equipment required to carry out industrial warehouse construction. * Feasibility Analysis: Assess project feasibility in terms of time, cost, and resource availability, while also identifying potential risks. 2\.
