We are looking for a **Civil Works Foreman with experience in linear works, urban development, and signage.** If you have experience executing civil works and wish to join a team committed to infrastructure development, we want to meet you! **What You Will Do:** * Execute civil works on linear projects, urban development, and signage * Support earthworks, spreading, compaction, and finishing tasks * Install curbs, manholes, conduits, pavements, and other urban development elements * Carry out horizontal and vertical signage works * Operate and use tools, light machinery, and civil works-specific equipment * Comply with on-site safety, quality, and environmental regulations * Coordinate with the site team to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Civil Works Foreman * Experience in linear works, urban development, and/or signage * Knowledge of pavement, surfacing, conduit, curb, and urban development element installation * Experience in horizontal and vertical signage works is desirable * Construction-sector PRL training is desirable * Availability to work on-site and travel as required by project needs **What We Offer:** * Stability: Position within established projects in the railway sector * Continuous training: Training programs tailored to your role * Flexible compensation: Transport, meal vouchers, medical insurance, childcare support, and training **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
