A significant portion of TEVA’s global production takes place in Europe, placing the patient at the center of everything TEVA does—and upholding a firm, transparent, and ethical commitment to society and the environment.**Job Mission** Study, coordinate, develop, and execute industrial facility and equipment projects, providing technical solutions addressing functionality, cost, and schedule to meet factory requirements.**What the Candidate Will Do Daily** * Develop, coordinate, and execute engineering projects according to the following project phases: URS, tender management, supplier negotiation, planning, FAT testing, installation, validation, and commissioning of equipment and facilities. * Meet agreed-upon timelines and budgets for each project. * Apply Group engineering, safety, environmental, and quality policies to equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with GMPs, Group corporate guidelines, and applicable regulations. * Collaborate with other departments involved in projects: EHS, Quality, Production, Maintenance, IT. * Execute projects by managing subcontractors participating in each project (this position does not include direct team management responsibilities). * Participate, together with the Quality Department, in facility and equipment validations. * Advise on equipment procurement and engage in relations with subcontractors and suppliers. * Manage improvement projects for industrial facilities in collaboration with the General Facilities Maintenance Department. * Manage CCM (Change Control Management) for assigned projects. * Maintain and manage departmental technical documentation. * Optimize industrial facilities, equipment, technological resources, etc. * Any other tasks required within the department. **Experience and Qualifications** **Required Experience:** * Prior experience in developing and executing turnkey industrial facility projects via subcontractors—such as HVAC, chilled water systems, ventilation, compressed air, fire protection, electrical systems, SCADA, structural works, civil engineering, cleanrooms, purified water, domestic hot water, steam, plumbing, and wastewater treatment—is valued but not mandatory. * Experience in engineering or installation companies, as well as in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and/or food sectors, is also highly desirable. * Energy efficiency experience is an asset. **Education:** * University degree in Industrial Technical Engineering or Higher Engineering. * High level of English (written and spoken).
