We are seeking a person to assume responsibility for the tiling area in an industrialized manufacturing process of bathroom and swimming pool modules. This role combines operational tasks and coordination duties to ensure work is executed correctly while maintaining quality standards and production pace. It is necessary to supervise the team, inspect finished work, and collaborate with other assembly stages—such as envelope construction and plumbing—to ensure efficient workflow. Key responsibilities include performing tiling tasks, coordinating a small group of operators, training them on procedures, and identifying potential defects. You must also maintain a safe working environment and promote continuous improvement. Solid technical knowledge of ceramic cladding installation and at least five years of experience in construction, new-build projects, or renovations is required. Prior experience coordinating teams or demonstrated leadership ability is essential. Working hours are intensive morning shifts, from 06:00 to 14:00, with a bus service provided from Zaragoza to facilitate commuting. Minimum 5 years of tiling experience in construction, new-build projects, and/or renovations. Solid technical knowledge of ceramic cladding installation. Prior experience coordinating teams or proven leadership capability. Profile oriented toward quality, organization, and continuous improvement.
