Collaboration on improvement projects and data analysis to optimize We are seeking a professional to lead and improve daily operations at our logistics center in Zaragoza. You will be responsible for full operational team management, including task assignment, problem resolution, and planning training to ensure optimal performance. Your daily work will focus on supervising critical activities such as goods receiving, efficient storage, and transport coordination, always aiming for the highest standards of quality and productivity. Additionally, you will play a key role in compliance with and monitoring of safety regulations and established procedures. This includes managing any issues that may arise, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Daily warehouse control will be one of your primary responsibilities, including inventory supervision, space organization, handling priority changes, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and quality. This position also requires strong communication with logistics management. You will collaborate on organizing and implementing improvement projects, continuously seeking to optimize our processes. Your organizational skills, analytical mindset, and adaptability in fast-paced environments are highly valued. Higher Vocational Training Degree in Transport and Logistics or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable experience in industrial logistics operations management, including transport and workforce equipment handling. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Lean Management methodologies applied in operational environments. Intermediate level of English is required. Experience in logistics process optimization, customer coordination, incident management, and knowledge of reporting and KPIs will be considered a plus.
