LUZA Group is seeking, for a leading company in sustainable construction and industrialized building, a **Product Engineer**, as part of a new strategic project within the Industrial Division. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and develop industrial products distinguished by their functionality, aesthetics, and quality. * Ensure product desirability, feasibility (industrial), and viability. * Ensure compliance of products with applicable regulations and industrial standards. * Preparation of models, drawings, and other technical documentation related to the solutions developed. * Prototype tracking. * Project management based on defined project planning. * Management of files and related documentation. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in R&D and product development environments. * Advanced proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD, and REVIT. * Sufficient technical English proficiency to interpret specifications and collaborate on international projects. * Experience in calculations and design of welded joints. * Experience implementing MRP and ERP systems, as well as Quality management systems.
